I had a fabulous experience with Mr Carpet. I was in a time crunch in getting the carpet replaced in the master bedroom for my new condo before my move in date. I called several carpet stores and I couldn’t get the timing to work.

I looked on Yelp and tried Mr Carpet. Mary worked with me on the scheduling and I forgot the salesman’s name who came out to give me an estimate and brought carpet samples to look at.
I forgot his name but he was professional and a great resource to determine what carpet was best fit my budget. Installation was timely and done well. I would use Mr Carpet again.

Not that these guys need another 5 star review, but they were incredible to work with. Mary was unbelievably communicative, Bob was knowledgeable and kind, and Jorge and his team did a beautiful job on our stair runners. All around fantastic company. Their work exceeded my expectations.

Mary in the office was really responsive at coordinating my initial quote and then ensuring everything was smooth at the high rise building for documentation. Bob was the sales rep who came out and walked me through various options which were easy to choose from. Manuel and his partner did a smooth installation and were very clean and courteous in their workspace, even vacuuming the hallway after leaving my unit.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr Carpet! As other reviewers have mentioned, we requested a quote and Mary promptly reached out to get an in home visit scheduled. Bob came out and quickly measured the two bedrooms, brought all different kinds of samples and walked us through the differences of the types of carpet. We were able to quickly land on one we loved and the price was less than other companies we had talked to. Bob and Mary really did all the legwork and our installation was scheduled. The day before we received a reminder and that morning we got an update on where the installers were. Carlos and his team arrived on time, were total pros and the carpet looks great. We cannot recommend Mr Carpet enough!

After our home got flooded this summer, we needed new flooring. Bob came out and gave us a quote for Shaw carpeting, and after waiting for the insurance company, was nice enough to come back out a month or two later and follow up with us. All around good experience, and the carpet was installed quickly and we love it. Thanks Bob and Mary and Mr Carpet!

Mary was super responsive via Yelp messages and made it so easy to schedule the home consultation and installation. Bob was very knowledgeable, sincere and so patient while I balanced comforting an infant and picking carpeting. Bernie and his helper were a delight – the installation was quick and we are very happy with the final product. We’ve received so many compliments from friends on how soft the carpeting is. Highly recommended!
